Can I pickup my order if I live locally?
Yes! We offer free local pickup or delivery to Rosebery or Tullah Tasmania. So if you live nearby and want to pickup your order that is no problem at all. If you live in Queenstown or Zeehan Australia Post offers fast next day delivery after your order is shipped.
How much is postage?
We offer Free Delivery on orders over $50.00 or $8.50 Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide through Australia Post.
How long will Shipping take?
We aim to ship orders on the next business day after payment is processed. All orders are Shipped within 3 business days after payment is processed and can be expected to arrive within 10 business days. However in some cases unforeseen delays may occur due to events beyond our control, please contact us if your item hasn’t arrived within 14 business days.
Backorder items are not in stock, these can take up to two weeks to be dispatched. If your order contains backorder items it will all be dispatched together once the order is completed.
Do you do custom orders?
If you have a special occasion coming up we can supply custom candles, soaps and gift packs just for the day. If you need a thank you gift for your birthday party, baby shower or wedding we can cater for larger orders and personalise your labels and products to make sure your guests don’t forget your amazing event.
